Holds random-encounter frequency tables — the lookup tables that turn a 2–20 (2d10) roll into an encounter. Each table maps every possible roll to the encounter template that appears on that result, letting a DM assemble a weighted list of encounters for a given area.

EncTab data exists only as a user file; there is no base-file counterpart.

Data in this file includes

• Name — The name of the frequency table.
• Roll Entries — One encounter-template name per slot of the 2–20 roll (19 slots), so the 2d10 result selects which encounter fires.
• Terrain Filter — The terrain the table applies to ("Any" for unrestricted, or a specific terrain).
• Weight — A per-table scaling value applied to the table.
