Allowed data exists only as a user file; there is no base-file counterpart.

Data in this file includes

• Race — The race the allowances apply to; each record is keyed by a single race.
• Allowed Combinations — The set of class and multi-class combinations that race may take. Each entry is expressed as one class drawn from each of the class groups it spans (warrior, rogue, priest, wizard, psionicist), so a single-class entry fills one group slot and a multi-class entry fills several.
• Level Limit — An optional per-combination cap on the level a member of the race may reach in that combination.
• Source — Whether each allowance is a Core Rules-defined entry (locked) or a user-added one.
